This is our premier capital distribution program. When you obtain a loan through Central Texas Farm Credit, ACA, you become a member of our association - a cooperative owned by its member-borrowers - and can benefit financially from your cooperative's successful operation.

Since 1994, through stock reductions, stock equalizations, dividends, and our patronage refund program, we have returned in excess of $40 million to our borrowers. When these distributions are factored into the total cost of a loan, there is a substantial reduction in the cost to our borrowers.
